deathless beauty....and performance?
well what can I say, Rolex is Rolex, I've loved the disgrace for ages (my papa is a watch afficionado loves the brand) they are expensive it took me 36 years to have it..gave it a bit of pondering because 7k is quite some money, but after thinking it for couple of weeks i said "screw it let's do it"... the waggish thing is I do not have the submariner dahhh but a GMT master 2, which I believe (if you are not a professional/leisure diver) the GMT is larger choice, it keeps time in 3 time zones, with my job in a globalized world I have to keep up from Athens, Mexico, San Diego and Canada, so the GMT is outstanding for keeping your agenda up to speed. the new watch (also the Submariner) has a new ceramic bezel, which in my opinion is the crush part of the watch (if you broke it down) still as an altogether watch is magnificent.. too much tradition, too much time..like other residents say, this is a jewel that stands the passing of time....also have an omega GMT seamaster, have had it for 5 years now, and take it it or not keeps better time??!!!(the Rolex get's few sconds behind), still Rolex is Rolex,,,everlasting beauty and also performance...if you got the dough, the luck and the style...get the rolex won't be dissapointed!!!

This was being sold by a suiting someone to a T vendor in Pohang, South Korea for $10.00. My friends bought it and they did last at least one year. One of my friends went to the Philippines and it got stolen during a thievery. The robbers couldn't tell the original from that made in South Korea.

A unpolluted, classic-looking watch from the masters of the elegant timepiece
You cannot go unseemly with a Rolex, and the Submariner is no exception. When I decided to buy a Rolex, I obviously put an extensive amount of thought into my final decision. I wanted something disinfect-looking that coordinated with my suits and wasn't overly bulky. The stainless steel give the coup de gr is glorious, especially after a quick once-over with a bit of jewelry cleaner.
More than a status symbol, the Rolex Submariner is a genuinely unreal timepiece that evokes professionalism and a classic sense of taste and style. It goes with everything, clothing-diplomatic, from the business casual to the snappiest designer suit. Sometimes the product DOES justify the assay, and a Rolex belongs squarely in that category.

Is it earnest?
I bought a genuine imitation Rolex Submariner Oyster Perpetual Date wrist watch when I was in Davao Municipality, Mindanao, Philippines, on Thursday 30 July 2009. I only paid 1,000 PHP for it (about 15 euros). I bargained it down in evaluate from 2,500 PHP because I knew it was an imitation. But it is a good watch for 15 euros. It is self-winding. It feels a bit unsupportable.
It was sold to me by a street-hawker in the Aldovinco area of Davao city.
Beware of buying copy Rolex watches from dubious sources on the internet.
It is better to go to an authorised Rolex dealer if you want the honest article and if money is no object to you.

Automatic watches do not operate on batteries. Automatic watches are made up of about 130 or more parts that business together to tell time. Automatic movements mark the passage of time by a series of cog mechanisms, and are wound by the movement of your wrist as you wear it. Also referred to as self-winding, watches with robot movements utilize kinetic energy, the swinging of your arm, to provide energy to an oscillating rotor to keep the take note ticking. They're considered more satisfying to watch collectors (horologists) because of the engineering artistry that goes into the hundreds of parts that discover up the movement. If you do not wear an automatic watch consistently (for about 8 to 12 hours a day), you can keep the watch powered with a shield winder (a great gift for collectors).
Screw Down Crowns: Many Invicta watches are set with a screw down crown to help prevent water infiltration. This is most common on our Diver models. In symmetry to adjust the date and/or time on such a watch, you must first unscrew the crown before you can gently pull it out to its first or newer click stop position. To do this, simply rotate the crown counterclockwise until it springs expand. When you have finished setting the watch, the crown must then be pushed in and screwed back in tightly. Not doing so will quash the water resistance of the watch and will void all warranties from the manufacturer. Overall, this process should not insist a lot of effort or force. Elemental quality utilitarian watch in a sub-mariner knockoff design. For the price, you can't go wrong, and for the sacrifice it has the feel and look of much higher quality and/or cost item. Japanese auto moving parts, that is very reliable. I would buy one annually if it didn't last any longer than that, but from previous experience I know it will last many years.

Stopped working after 1 week
Everything about this attend appearance-wise is great. Definitely a nice bang for your buck watch in this sector. The problem is that it completely stopped working after about 1 week. Watch was wound up and worn every day. It was keeping proficient time until about day 7 or 8, and it just stopped. Winding it and wearing it continuously kept it prevailing for a bit, but would stop again. Not sure if this is a fluke or if there is an issue with this model, but I would not recommend.

First Bang for the Buck
This Invicta make eyes at look for is an excellent purchase. I almost went for the swiss movement 9937 model, but decided to try out the 8926c first, and have absoloutely no regrets.
The keep an eye open for construction is top notch, the presicion so far is very good, runs fast by about 2 seconds per day, and it looks extreme with any clothes.
What I really like is the Invicta brand is clearly seen, meaning I'm not vexing to look like I have a Rolex, its an INVICTA and it says so, and I'm not trying to hide anything.
The only part of the watch I find flimsy is the join clasp, very thin metal, and would have preferred the solid interlocking clasp of the 9937, but it's not interchangeable, and I can't complaign for the outlay.
Looking for a good, low priced, automatic watch with class, then this is your watch ....

The actually. .
I own several Invicta watches. All high-mindedness experiences. I see most of Invicta reviews are positive exept for slow customer service. The 'No' reviews seem more like a defense of high priced watches. A rolex is worth thousands because it's a rolex. . thats it . . . A picaso novel painting is worth thousands because it's a picaso. If i buy a painting for $100 i am not going to compare the property of the paint that would be ridiculous. Because of today's technology it's ridiculous to compare the way a watch ticks. And mark control? It's could be an issue for even a patek. . . Get it?

I have right-minded purchased this Omega watch and I am completely satisfied. This watch has everything that I was looking for, quality, guts a everything, style at an exceptional price for the value. I had an extensive watch collection and had my home robbed, and they took everything I had. This is a start to my new hoard, and having purchased the watch now, I find myself only wanting to wear this watch for all occasions. It works for calling, going out for the evening or even a more formal affair. Hey George Clooney can't be wrong! Buy it, you will be more than satisfied.

Paramount timepiece for fantastic price!!!
I have had this guard for almost a year and purchased from Amazon. I wear this and my other two Omega watches all of the time. You can not beat the outrageous quality of these timepieces with co-axial movements. I have not gained or lost time in one year. I have friends with Rolex watches that have had numerous issues with them. It seems that they in due course loose time or need expensive service to be maintained. My girlfriend has almost given up on her datejust since it has been in for anther brand-new sevice @ $700 6 months ago. She was loosing time and the watch would stop and start at every once in a while. It just recently stopped working all together. Another friend keeps losing up to 5 minutes a month on his submariner. For the bonus point of the Omega I truly think it is the best value and best quality. I partiality my Planet Ocean, Constellation Double Eagle and my 1968 Constellation...all of which keep PERFECT all at once and look as new as the day they were purchased. If you can stand not to have the "status" of Rolex, do yourself a favor and get a Omega timepiece. You will not regret it!

your last sportwatch or perhaps the first of many more
I've owned this pore over for approximately 3 months now and I'm totally in love with it, for the past couple of years I've been wearing involuntary watches as I've come to appreciate the fine craftsmanship in them. I had my eye on this omega for about a year now and I finally got around to buying it I must say unequivocally not your everyday purchase however one that I will never regret. This is my second Omega watch my first one is a James Bond 40 year birthday Seamaster with the 007 logo in several locations.
This watch is completely exquisite in every single particulars, my purchase was not done thru amazon but one of the local omega boutiques where I live truly an experience.
I tremendously recommend this sport watch to anyone interested is not to dressy for my taste but it's great watch for the outdoors for formal ocassions I keep my Bond special edition watch, but I've been considering getting a Omega DeVille hmm perchance later.

Stratum ..
This is my fourth Swiss timepiece and it has to be said, my preference. I have also owned an Ikepod, Omega Speedmaster Broad Arrow and a Tag F1, the latter of which I still own as it is just such a fun watch.
I plainly swapped my Broad Arrow (BA) for the Planet Ocean XL (PO XL) and I'm glad I did (the XL is the one to go for not the baby brother style). The BA is a fantastic watch but I started to find it just a little too dressy for my taste. The PO XL on the other hand is a great, great looking, chunky sports watch which grabs peoples attention without being too skedaddle. It can be worn as an everyday watch but it still has the class and will look great on that special occasion. The PO is smashingly made and a pleasure to wear. I looked at the Tags (Aquaracer and Link) Breitling (colt) and some others in the bounty range and they just didn't come close to this one in my opinion. I have had it 6 months now and timekeeping is make out on as you would expect. I tend to get bored with my watches and sell them on and replace them after a few years. But I can honestly say that I might unbiased settle down with my Planet Ocean.

Watchmakers Guidance
I am rather stubborn when it comes to luxury watches. This comes from spending 2 years in watchmaking school, studying shortly under the guidance of a certified master swiss watchmaker who came here from Europe. Watches, exceptionally mid to high grade swiss watches, are a passion of mine. I am not loyal to a brand or a style or anything else. I value them for what they are, in terms of quality, function, construction, and style. A watchmakers point of view.
This said I will let out you that this particular watch is what I consider to be a "best kept secret" sort of watch. This is an Impulsive watch (read: Mechanical - NOT Quartz), and of CHRONOMETER grade function. Chronometer as acquainted with here is a measure of accurate timekeeping, not quality - a point often misunderstood - and is used mostly from a marketing drift of view by companies such as Rolex. HOWEVER. This movement in THIS watch is actually EXCELLENT in terms of quality, even so keeping ability, and construction - easily comparable to other Swiss made movements from other famous manufacturers costing several times as much. This notice of, properly serviced, will provide a lifetime of use - and probably more. Absolutely the sort of watch you behind the times down to the next generation.
All in all - and EXCELLENT choice - especially for those seeking their first QUALITY Swiss watch buy.
Definitely recommended!

The deviate in bands to a GMT clasp was great. The addition of a ceramic bezel that resists scratches is wonderful as well. Problem is Rolex swiftly decided to go with a lighter blue.
The pre-2009 model 16613 has the darker cobalt dispirited that's beautiful! This would be the perfect watch if you put on the darker blue bezel & dial from the pre-2009 scale model.

Grab the former Rolex Sea-Dwellers while you can!
I have to be principled, I don’t like the new Rolex Sea-Dweller Resonant Sea very much. It is not that I turn from the inner roundlet that everybody is talking about, with the Sea-Dweller investment, it is the evaluate of the alert and the rather ’pocket-sized’ bracelet fastened to it. hello everyone. so i am current to buy another watch for my 30th birthday as a gift to me. i do love watches and so far i have 2 watches, i have the Brietling chronomate growing and a rolex gmt master 2 SS. the rolex is really special to me because my father bought that for me as a gift when i rat on 25. anyways this time i am looking at panerai power accessible and rolex subminer and sea dweller. which watch do you think is a better watch to go with? or which one would you buy ? they are all in the same price distance about 6000 to 7000k. thank you.

Ive recently seen a Rolex mock-up called the Sea-Dweller, unfortunatley its a 4000 dollar which is not something im preparded to spend. Im looking for a duplicate of this model that is affordable but is still a decent quality watch and wont sink apart if you where it to much. Where can I find one?
No facsimile can match the quality of a Rolex. Also, the Sea-Dweller's main purpose of being is that it is water-resistant to 4000 feet. No duplicate can come close to that.
