Description

Very precarious watch
Very subtle watch, beatuifull design, but you need to have large wrist, the watch is large, study the accurate measurment on cartier website, try this watch in any jewlery store before buying it, but the best fee you will find it in amazon espicially when they have deal on it.

Consequential Deal - Very Happy
It's been several months since I purchased this on the lookout for. I am so glad that I ordered this product from Amazon.com. I was very afraid I would receive a replica of some sorts. That was not the specimen! This is the same watch I would have gotten directly from Cartier here in Chicago (I showed them the watch)with two exceptions.
The first is that the warranty is not through Cartier but through Amazon. Normally, these watches purely don't break down unless they are abused and/or not maintained properly. If a Cartier works correctly for a couple of weeks when new, it will more than probable work for a couple of years. I trust that Amazon will stand behind its warranty, just in turns out that I need to use it.
The second exception is the price! I saved over $3000! While still expensive, I would be challenged to find a larger looking and made watch for the price.

This wait for is nothing short of Amazing!
Anyone reading this don't keep one's ears open to the dumb guy that rated the watch 1/5 because apparently he doesn't know the difference between rating a commodity and the website since he rated Amazon and not the watch, *sigh* what a moron, anyways, The Cartier Santos 100 Chrono is BIG, so if you have tiny wrists go to your local AD (authorized dealer) and try it on (I would recommend doing this for every watch you plan on buying), the lineaments is beautiful and the layout of the sub-dials gives it a nice touch, the date is changed through a recessed pusher at the 10'o clock put, not through the crown like you would normally do, this watch uses an ETA Valjoux 7753 movement, in instance you're wondering, very robust. Everything is smooth, and the strap is extremely comfortable! I rate this watch 5/5--!
Here's a tip, don't get the Two-Colour version just yet, get the SS and then get a jeweler to make you a custom 18Kt Gold bezel for it, and with the money you saved buy another wrist-watch (Hey, it's a $2,300 difference!)! That's what I did, and they only charged me $500 for the bezel and work including the gold bars bar on the deployant, how cool is that? Both are 18Kt Yellow Gold, but you can customize it to whatever you like, platinum, diamonds, rose gold bars, etc. It will still be cheaper than $2,300!
Overall, I love this watch, it's perfect for anything, casual, formal, etc. It's beefy, it stands out, and the dial is musician! 5/5 for this piece of art!

Weighty watch, horrible service
Be prepared is truly beatiful, but service from Amazon Suc*s. I received the watch with wrong manual, and its been over 50dd and I have not received precisely manual, neither a follow up call from Amazon representatives to know the status of my order. DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH HERE. I grasp may seem well priced, but headache of dealing with amazon and its useless help/post sale words is too much to handle.

The dream place to get it fixed would be the store in which you purchased the watch. If this is not an option, they I would take it to a jewelery blow the whistle on buy near where you live, most jewelers will repair jewelry even if it wasnt baught in their boutique, but you will need to pay a fee.

I have a Cartier Santos 100 alert for that was given to me a few years back. It is worth about 3,000 in the condition it's in and i want to separate the best place where i can sell it. Do Cartier boutiques buy jewelry back? Should I sell it in a venture shop? Should i put it in my local newspaper? I am very skeptical about ebay so that is pretty much ruled out but I exceedingly need the money...any suggestions? thanx for the help..!
i would trade it on ebay before evening thinking about the pawn shop ,the will give you pennys on the dollar and at least with
